Why I am available as a mentor for the MCI Mentoring Program

I think that through my diverse experiences in different fields of work - from politics to big tech - I have gained very good impressions to understand how to approach the topic "career" without fear and uncertainty by focusing on your individual strengths. This knowledge, as well as problems I have personally encountered and the resulting learnings, I am happy to share in order to support prospective graduates in their next steps.

My wisdom/my motto

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone!

When I look back at my time at MCI...

I think of a demanding phase, which was, however, characterized by many great acquaintances and which prepared me very well for the upcoming challenges in the working world.
