Why I am available as a mentor for the MCI Mentoring Program

I find mentoring programs to be a great opportunity for an exchange of knowledge and experience from which both sides can benefit greatly. As a mentee in the internal mentoring program at Sandoz, I have already experienced positive effects and changes.

My wisdom/my motto

“Enthusiasm makes up for a host of deficiencies.” Barack Obama, A Promised Land (It's stolen from Obama, but describes it pretty well.)

When I look back at my time at MCI...

I can't believe it's been 15 years since my first lecture.
