Description
Digitalization and internationalization are driving new, modern working models, which many organizations are already implementing in their corporate structures. Home office and digital, remote workplaces pose new challenges for individual teams in companies and their leaders. This webinar focuses on the necessary skills of a leader to meet the "New Work" requirements. The new forms of work will be defined and the role of the leader will also be examined in this context. Additionally, strategies will be developed on how to successfully lead virtual and hybrid teams.
