Why I am available as a mentor for the MCI Mentoring Program

Both in my leadership role at work and in my private life, I really enjoy coaching and accompanying people on their journey. Through active listening, questions and advice, I enjoy contributing to decision making and the development of employees / colleagues / friends.

My wisdom/my motto

Carpe Diem

When I look back at my time at MCI...

I am very grateful for all the experiences I had over the years and the close friendships I made there. Even after a few years on the job, I am still convinced that MCiT was the perfect, decisive basis for my career.
