Learning outcomes of the course unit
  • Students are familiar with central organizational principles and know organizations as structures of social interaction. They know central theories of organization and understand the behaviour of and in organizations. After attending the course, students will be familiar with the relevant types, procedures, methods and models for initiating, implementing and stabilizing planned organizational change and organizational learning and will be able to apply these to specific cases.
