Learning outcomes of the course unit
  • Students are familiar with objectives and goals of corporate human resource management and requirements relating to holistic, strategic human capital management. They possess comprehensive knowledge about the nature of HR with key considerations for success, being familiar with most important theories, developing skills to apply in practice that aid sustainability, talent planning and retention, talent management and performance and navigating/preparing for the future of HR. Students have the competence to discuss and apply HR topics to people management.
