On April 22, 2022, MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® staged the second "MCI Earth Day", an event to promote social and environmental responsibility as well as raise awareness for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
To coincide with the international Earth Day on April 22, students from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® organized the MCI Earth Day for the second time. The event aimed to promote social and environmental responsibility as well as enhance awareness of the Sustainable Development Goals. Under the motto "FYOUTURE", small everyday changes were presented that can be integrated into daily life and thus contribute to a better world. In the course of the MCI Earth Day Instagram Campaign, MCI students regularly posted information on the topics of environmental protection and sustainability via the account "earthday_mci".
The highlight of MCI Earth Day was the speaker session on April 22 with over 100 participants. Guest speakers Simon Meinschad (CEO of hollu), Moji Igun (Founder of Blue Daisi Consulting), and Isabelle Löwenthal (Volunteer at SAVE SOIL Team Austria), as well as Jacob Hensler (Co-founder of Savage Chocolate), Sandro Siller (Founder of NiddlSippl), and Gregor Wechner (Founder of railOn) addressed various perspectives and experiences on the topic of sustainability and shared their strategies and ideas with an engaged and actively involved audience.
The event was organized by two motivated young people. MCI Business & Management students Magdalena Kwiecień & Melanie Maiello worked together to bring the MCI Earth Day 2022 to life. Congratulations and thank you for the great work in organizing it.
