Basically heros can only fail in the end, because as humans we make mistakes- that is ok)

    After 3 year being given a leadership role to shape the organization as part of one of the 10 Sandoz Global leadership, started that role slightly before lockdown and was able to build strong relationships and I am seen as good advisor for very senior people, who are 10-25 older than me.
