THE CHALLENGE
As part of the practical projects in the 4th semester, the topics "workplace health promotion" and "employer branding" at Lebenshilfe Tirol were discussed and an image analysis for these topics was prepared for the organisation.
OUTCOMES
In the image analysis, Lebenshilfe Tirol was associated with very positive terms and was largely perceived as very attractive by potential employees.The student project results indicate that workplace health promotion can support employer branding through appropriate communication of the health-promoting measures to the outside world.
