Learning outcomes of the course unit
  • Students will have in-depth knowledge of international human resource management (HRM) and relevant HRM tools and will be able to relate these to organizational issues. After completing this module, they can find solutions to cross-border issues (e.g. in connection with the posting of employees, etc.) from a human resources perspective.
