Learning outcomes of the course unit
  • The course “Digital Business Models” provides students with an overview of the various forms and types of digital business models. We discuss how business models may serve as recipes and a source of inspiration for digitalization strategies. Furthermore, we focus on response strategies to digital disruptions. Additionally, we expand the view from a focal firm’s value proposition to business ecosystem-based value propositions and discuss the challenges of ecosystem evolvement, strategy and competition.
