What are central theories of culture?
Which theoretical approaches of communication are relevant to consider?
How do social psychological phenomena (social perception, cognition) influence intercultural communication?
What are my personal stereotypes and prejudices, and how can I reduce them?
How can a first practical mini training raise my awareness and sensitivity for a competent intercultural communication?
