Telephone and Skype or video interviews have become more and more popular. They are especially used in the first round of the candidate selection process. This is comfortable for both parties, however there are inconveniences that you should be aware of.
Due to not being physically in the company you get much less relevant information concerning the company, the culture and the interviewers. In the webinar you will elaborate how to prepare and how to do positive self-marketing during your online interview. Working on cases of real job descriptions, we will simulate job interviews and you will take the role of the applicant, the interviewer and of an attentive observer. By doing this, you will get insights and practice that help you succeed in your internship and job interviews.
