THE CHALLENGE
In order to lead a self-determined life, people with special needs need support services. This is where this project comes in with a hotline service, which can be contacted if one is at a loss or needs local support. The hotline serves as a central point of contact and can clarify many questions directly or draw on a support network to provide quick everyday help. Thanks to its easy accessibility and the fast help offered, the service can be extended to older customers in a second step. It fills a gap alongside the classic emergency call.
OUTCOMES
The best three groups of the Master's course present their concept and the corresponding financial plan to a high-ranking panel, consisting, among others, of the managing director of Lebenshilfe Tirol, Mag. Georg Willeit, and the vice-president of the Red Cross Tyrol, Dr. Margit Schäfer.
