Why I am available as a mentor for the MCI Mentoring Program

I would like to encourage and help students in embarking on their own paths and dreams. Having had a couple of years of experience in health policy and global health, I may be able to provide some advice for people who are taking their first steps of their career. I am also curious to the ideas and perspectives of current students on health topics and systems.

My wisdom/my motto

"Honesty is the first chapter of the book of wisdom" - Thomas Jefferson

When I look back at my time at MCI...

I am happy and satisfied with how I spent my time at the MCI and in Innsbruck. We had some interesting classes, projects, and opportunities that helped me with setting out a career trajectory. The first day in the first semester was perhaps one of the most memorable days, since it was the day that I met some of my current best friends. After a short introduction by Siegfried Walch, we were sent out to arrange a dinner party for that evening which was a good icebreaker and helped in getting to know each other quickly.
