Angers is a city in western France. With a population of 147,300 inhabitants it is the third most populous commune in northwestern France after Nantes and Rennes.

It offers a wide range of courses in major sectors of activity : farming, food, landscape management, environment, horticulture, viticulture, retailing, trade, agribusiness management and town & country planning. ESA Angers Loire is closely linked to the agricultural, agri-industrial and environmental context of its region. Involved in major higher education networks, the institution has developed a national and international dimension.
